I found the beast of Somerset wandering around Worthy farm.

I understand that there are people that find the warm summer weather too much, but ShyFx for me was perfection. The sun, the temperature, the vibe, everything. I would give anything to have that again in 2023. But I understand there are always those for and those against. Which is why the UK weather is perfect. It gives everyone a chance to enjoy their perfect festival.

Managed a wonderfully sunny run today in between these short sharp showers. They are making a good job of making everything green on the farm.

They are always adding and improving, even if it is stuff that goes on unnoticed.

To those with tickets- congratulations, you have the golden ticket. Now it’s your turn to be a hero and help get someone else a ticket on Sunday. for those still without - we’re all behind you, keep the faith.

As others have mentioned, it’s on going permanent fixtures/ footings etc. The last few years they have added more structures that remain all year round.

Congratulations everyone who got tickets tonight....you have the keys to nivarna.

The food is top notch. Beer menu the same as last summer. Inside has changed like you would not believe! You will not be disappointed.

None slip stone steps now, plus a wider staircase. Plenty of stairs inside to fall down mind. Restaurant is on a mezzanine level.

Good news...The Crown in Pilton is opening on Friday. Its been closed for a year for a refurbishment. Its had a major rebuild in a good way. Just been to a private opening and it is beautiful. If anyone has ever been in there before...you will not recognise the place. It is awesome. No photos as I'm gonna wait for the public opening, but will show some on here on Friday if anyone is interested. There are some on their website. Oh and the food is top banana!!! We love our new pub.

I could have written this post! Apart from the venue ( saw him in Bristol). That album helped me through some dark times all those years ago. I wore the t shirt I bought 16 years ago when I first saw him in Yeovil ski lodge ( before it was burnt down). Sam gave me and another guy a shout out for still having them , and still fitting into them!

Ha ha...I can't wait to try mine out as I've only learnt by using Duolingo. Reading is OK but speaking is very difficult!!! Hoping for a city break to Stockholm next year. But in the sun!! 🙂
