The FAQs suggest that the QR readers will be what's used mostly and outside of busy times that should be pretty swift I would think. End of the Road aren't accepting those cards - you'll need to use the app.

However, I took a lateral flow test last night and attempted to add it to the app. This requires a QR code or ID number that is not on my test. (I lied and said I was in England because the Isle of Man isn't an option). So I conclude you can only do this IF you have an NHS test, and I don't seem to have one of those. Can I get the NHS test in London on the Thursday morning?

It would be nice if they could announce the Covid protocol soon. I'm stressing over whether my vaccine proof will be accepted (our government hasn't managed to get our data onto the NHS app yet, so I have a letter with my vaccination status and another letter explaining the first one is genuine because it doesn't look very official).

They might object to amps and a drum kit, but I've not seen them stop any camping equipment going. If you're going from London there is usually several coaches each hour, so the worst that can happen is they might ask you to move to the next one.
