They did not headline in 2010 nor 2013. 2010: 30STM - Editors - Green Day 2013: 30STM - Depeche Mode - Editors ...and they will not headline in 2024 😉

After playing 7 times between 2007 - 2017, but not since....there most be time for Kings of Leon again. Not my wish, but they used to be the Rock Werchter house band!

There is no certainty, but they are in the area at that time and the whole place was buzzing last time they played in 2013....

Is RW just waiting for Lokerse Feesten to sell out as a part of an agreement (or as a back up, a certain date to arrive) to announce Blur?

Faith no more played GMM on Sunday and then RW four days later on Thursday. I don't know how ticket sales are going at the Lokerse Festival but if/when it's sold out I see no reason why Blur couldn't be added to RW....especially considering Lokerse Festival is in the middle of August....

Nothing is free, you do actually pay for the shuttle bus ...but they are included in the festival ticket (this is the economist in me speaking 😉)

No, not until a day tickets or combi tickets are sold out or about to sell out....

It would be very interesting to see ticket sales numbers as ticket sales is the best way to see if a lineup is good or not...

On this day 10 years ago RW added Sigur Rós, Of Monsters and Men, Band of Horses, 30 Seconds to Mars, Graveyard, Airbourne, Phoenix, Bloc Party, Two Door Cinema Club among other bands....adding to Depeche Mode, Rammstein, Green Day, Blur, Kings of Leon, Volbeat, Editors and others...oh how the mighty as fallen 😉 ...no, not all of these bands are my kind of music, but the over-all lineup is miles better then the current one!
