  1. i was on site, nothing overnight 17 to 18, the only wet that happened during the day was the lightest of drizzle in the afternoon but it wasn't even enough to wet the ground.
  2. I have spent the weekend on site and the ground is as hard as it gets. big cracks and very dry, hard surface. Rock pegs recommended.
  3. “do you have any other advice?” asked the Diver, “don’t measure how valuable you are by the way you are treated” said the Cow “security are only doing their job”. Temperature at 0727 am is 17.7 C and humidity is 87%. Rainfall in last 24 hours is maybe 0.5 mm there was a bit of drizzle at 2000ish last night but the security guards never moved undercover. The pathetically small amount of not dry falling had little effect, still to hard for potato tent pegs, jigger pig recommended. The Well is still dry, it takes proper rain to register and that wasn’t it. The diver has seen what happened at the building and does not want to be added to the pile. He and the duck are seeking comfort in each other’s arms / wings / whatever. The building has been revealed as a recreation of the sixth Great Temple of Tenochtitlan, the Worthy Cows decided that the chance of rain required an offering to the gods. The build crew were taken to the top of the steps of the pyramid, their still beating hearts cut out and raised to the spirits above. Funny sort of thing to do really. Haiku Unquiet dawning As wide, eager gates waiting before the influx
  4. Due to circumstances entirely under the management's control, this mornings update is not the usual. I understand the crushing disappointment of not seeing the usual blathering with random pictures. Instead, for one day only, we are live from Worthy Farm (applause) All figures are entirely made up, are a best guess and may not (like the author) be connected to reality. Temperature at 0827 is about 18c (a guess). Humidity is 53.476%. There is no wind worth mentioning, even up the top of the site. The sky is bright with lovely blue breaking through. It is a bit Bedlington Terrier clippings on a swimming pool floor (please see picture). Pylons will be an additional charge. I have no idea what the well is doing, it will be dry. The picture below is from Pennards, feet (Mizumo Wave Rider 23, 378 miles ran, cushioning shot) provided for scale and so you can see how big my crack is. Bring a big feckin hammer. No site spoilers provided, here instead is a picture of a pole which i predict makes you smile. You forget about the details. What passes for normal service will resume tomorrow. Sorry. HAIKU Worthy Farm morning Stillness sits, blackbird singing Anticipates you

Michael's boot soles are slightly moist. There were a few showers on site last night, a dust settler at most. The ground is still Chuck Norris and the tracks are now dust free. It amounted to nothing although sounded louder on the van roof. The big Muriel thing on the pyramid field may have smudged a bit, it is done in chalky paint stuff that will wash off. The science types on the weather thread will probably be suicidal.... The Well is still dry and the diver got a bit excited, a little bit of wee came out which is an issue inside a rubber suit. He was going to do a hole inspection but it is still so dry that he would wreck his helmet trying to force entry. He went back to bothering the duck, inter species is a thing apparently for him. A picture from site. Pilton Pat is again becalmed indicating Totterdown Lane, nary a breath disturbs her slumbers. Cloud 7/8. The sky is Johnstone's non drip gloss Manhattan Grey - 0.75L £15.99 from the Range. Pokey Twins read no.1 and a little bit on the moist-o-meter. The Well is still dry and the diver has resorted to standing on the sheep roundabout with a cardboard sign begging for a job. The building work looks like it is taking a turn. The Well is still dry and not in need of inspection. The divers helmet gleams softly in the morning light, polished to a sheen that is unknown to medical science. No well picture, instead the old classic sign that was in the Festival Office in Northload Street. Pilton Pat indicates a very light breeze towards Orchard Gate. Cloud 0/8. The sky is blue as the proverbial Nun. Little Boy blue Hex #6CA0DC RGB 108, 160, 220 CMYK 51, 27, 0, 14 if you want to be exact. Pokey Twins read no.1 on the moist-o-meter. The Diver has been been put on standby in case of any moist areas requiring helmet insertion. He hopes he can stay out tonight, he has met a nice centaur who is going to introduce him to Biffins Bridge.
