MFR announcing acts for Rockness, really?
-
-
The one I was thinking was if the qotsa rumours are true could enter shikari sub them ...
Rigorously touring before it and then download second stage headliners
-
Rock Ness dates have been announced 7th 8th and 9th June 2013
-
Always worthy of a mention as the stage is very much part of the ethos of the festival anyway full article here.
-
Dedicated journalism there man. Bit disappointed about Mumford being the headliners but still better than Pablo last year.
Any word of any more since you're "in the know" GiGs!?
-
According to InvernessGigs Mumford and Sons are playing, however no one else seems to have them down.
-
Wont happen with him playing Edinburgh Castle, imo. Would take Moby though, maybe Justice subbing to him or another.

What was the slip up?
-
been spending a lot of time thinking about the line up, and apart from the promoter slip up (well documented else where in the forum) we have had no inside information. So here's our prediction Moby, Friday, Justice Saturday, Noel Gallacher Sunday. Feels that it hangs together with the current feel of the festival and is no to extravagant when it comes to costing

There is an announcement on thursday?
-
If its any combination of Coldplay, Snore Patrol and the Arctic Monkeys then I think they should delay the announcement, preferably by about a decade.
-
not convinced it was ever thursday
-
pretty (very!) convinced that there will be no announcement on Thursday night after Jim King responded to invernessgig tweet
-
on rockness facebook plus tickets go to full price aswell on thursday Speculation time.
-
fairly convinced about justice it will be interesting to see how far up the bill they are, not convinced about arctic monkeys, i genuinely think they are far too big, I think snow patrol and moby are possibilities, do hope that thursday brings a surprise or two

I can't but help that there has been an awful lot less discussion on this forum than there has been in previous years, it is a bit of a shame but at the same time there was an awful lot of extreme negativity which I am glad has not been prevalent this time.
Anyway I bring goodies some photos of belladrum taken today are here,I am so looking forward to this year....

We have not been popping up here as often as we should, Sorry!! Had the opportunity to have a look at the site yesterday and thought you might want to see pretty pictures there are some snippets of information and a few pictures of the new structures.
Also I know Jim answered a few questions on facbook yesterday, but you might want to have a look at a few that he answered for us, here

I don't know how interested folk in this forum will be, but there has been a new stage/tent announced at Belladrum that will have a strong folk feel to it. It wil consist of a lot of locall acts that are certainly worth having a listen to. Anyway the article is here
