12 years ago. Bloody hell. For clarity, I was thinking Leftfield wouldn’t book Frank, rather than Frank wouldn’t play Leftfield. But it seems Leftfield/Billy did indeed look past the clumsy wording.

Saw his Pyramid set live and have just caught up with his Smiths set with Blossoms on iplayer. Basically, Rick won Glastonbury this year, didn’t he? Two completely different but excellent performances and he totally ’got it’. Brilliant.

I actually thought - compared to their last Glastonbury appearance - they were a bit meh at BT last year. Felt they were going through the motions a bit? That said, if they do play this year, I’ll be there like a shot.

Anyone know what the score is on setting up the caravan in CV East then taking the towing car offsite? I know there are restrictions on access post 14:00 on Sunday but can you come and go before then? Pretty sure the guy next to me left site last year but not sure if it was officially allowed...

Did the “don’t judge me” shop at Wells Morrisons. Beer, rum, vodka, mixers and pot noodles. And some berocca as well to make it right. Currently drinking gin and tonic in the van at Priddy and thinking kaluha and more gin and tonics need to be bought tomorrow. And Rennies.

Take the van down to Priddy just outside Wells for three nights from Saturday. Meet up with friends/family over the weekend and do final Big Shop in Wells. Monday evening meal at the Queen Vic in Priddy then onsite Tuesday.

Think it was later than that - 2008 or 2009? I went for the first time in 2007 and distinctly remember the carnage (plastic and human) a couple of years later.

There were three I think at Bearded Theory - felt like they were very much the 'in' thing. Standard was pretty variable though sadly.
