If the traffic looks good then Sedgemoor for me. Otherwise Michael Wood. Gloucester is lovely but too close to home to stop on the way down.
-
Wow, IICON stage is truly insane. Look at all that scaffolding and its only going to be used for 5 days.
-
Only areas left without much activity seem to be Croissant Neuf and John Peel

Tickets - tracking shows delivered but not received

Have you spoken to the Post person to see if they remember what they did with them? -
I just want to be near people who don't mind snoring.
-
Barcode has arrived for me as well.
-
Personally when heading south I always like to stop at Michael Wood. Feels like a gateway. However, in my last 3 trips to the festival we have stopped at Gordano. Always loads of people there on the way to the festival even at 4am

Possibly the best @Mardy post I have ever seen on here. 100% correct of course. Go Hard or Go Home.

What have you done today to get ready for Glastonbury 2022?

dentist check up today, all good there. Got the sleeping bag out the loft. -
yep 2 man scout for me as well. got some lights and flags to pimp it up as they are all identical
-
🤣🤣🤣 I would prefer to see mine and how far away from the gate I will be, but you made me LOL
-
I would just like some tents in the field.
-
the Green one could be the Elizabeth Line, but I don't think it will be finished in time
-
Don't think it is. CN is usually in the next field up from there, the one with the white tent at the entrance. Think that's The Open Arms pub.
-
I think we are about to see a sign!
-
yep, got to be. just doesn't seem like it is in the right place when you compareto the map
-
From Birmingham, M5 all the way down to Junction 23, then A39 to Glastonbury, then A361 to the car parks.
-
The EE tent, you queue to get in, and then sit and wait while your device charges. I don't believe you can charge a power bank in there but if you did it would take several hours. They will be doing power bank swaps, think you buy one for £15 and then you can swap it once per day for free. But I think these are only 5000mAh batteries, so will barely fully charge a modern phone. In years gone by there was a guy in the craft field (or maybe Undle Ground), he had a van and a load of solar panels, and you could leave your phone/power bank with him and he would charge them for you. Think it was £5 for a phone and £10 for a power bank.

Yeah agreed, Silver Hayes is really bad to try and figure out what is going on where. Ironically only 15 mins after my post, BBC Intro is now going up
-
Looks like BBC Introducing is about to be raised.
-
Thats The Lonely Hearts Club stage. BBC introducing tent has moved and as far as I can tell, hasnt been erected yet
-
Tricketts is back, its on the edge of the picture circled above. I thought Lotus was above the tipi field where that brown blob is. Isnt the other bit above the park the Crows nest?
-
Lotus is above the tipi field.
-
I have cleared my schedule and I will be there, but a little bit nervous about it
-
Its not croissant neuf, wrong field
