Id rather see a drone show than fireworks on Wednesday
-
does Taylor swift need to get a bigger fan base, same with Madonna . I just don't think massive artist need what Glastonbury can give them . They don't need a few extra quid from music down loads. Playing Glastonbury they are most likely missing out a gig on their own tour which would have made them more money. I hope it isn't the case, but i can see most festivals struggling to book the massive artists over the next few years. it used to be do Glastonbury and get all over TV and the radio. TV and Radio are mostly irrelevant to the youth of today , It is all Tikity Tock and Sanppy chat

Drones I want to see a drone show and a whole new shangrila

But it also makes you think why would Big bands do Glastonbury, when they can make so much more money on their own. They don't need the publicity they are already selling out stadiums for massive prices.

This constant lack of information is so frustrating. I would rather just them tell me , there will be nothing until a few weeks before the festival.

I agree I don't think there is a right way or a wrong way to do music. You just have to do it. the only downside to instant access to music and tracks, is that no one listens to an album from start to finish any more. It will be a lost art form the Album that takes you on a journey ,

I feel for that type of tickets , you have to know some one who knows some one, and then you are going to pay through the nose . a thousand at least if not double or triple. I had a friend who had one of them tickets 15 years ago. He got his off a manager of someone who was playing. He is a musician himself so had contacts it is who you know

i went to boomtown last time there was a fallow year, it was awesome. I really want to go back, but can only afford one festival per year.
