Got this on Friday in Leicester. Not a huge Cave fan, but the OH is and it's a treat for her... Full on date night with hotel, afternoon tea, dinner etc Been listening to some of his stuff on these gigs, will see how it goes. Did see him with the Bad Seeds years ago at Exit in Serbia, that was decent enough.

What impressed me the most that when the litter picking contractor was let down by agency staff on the first night, John & Caroline Giddings got stuck in picking up rubbish along with site crew, H&S, decor team etc. Great team spirit here, first time and have had a good 2 weeks working here and a few days left.. and Duran Duran were brilliant last night! 😁

Latitude allow day ticket holders to camp overnight but the campsite is well away from the general camping/arena

The Tech for this system has improved massively since the Download trial stuff. Indigo Technology are the main provider for most of the FR/LN events and they nailed it at Latitude so I'd expect to see it introduced a lot more over the next 12 months.

Our home has passed it's MOT again!, we've just finished a month long stint at Latitude and now off to Leeds on Monday for another month of work... sadly it's Mama Mia but the cash will help! 😄

Even more gratitude to some of the crew here who have came direct from Download to here, stayed a month and now go off to try make people happy at Reading/Leeds/Wilderness and Camp Bestival Oh and then off to Wireless/IOW without any time at home as it's their livelihood to put these shows on for you guys.. Peace x

The OH is with them, utter crap signal here. They are the only big provider that are not using a temp mast on site.

I've been here 4 weeks busting my ass, along with hundreds of others to try get this event together in a short space of time from when they decided to go ahead. Am sure as the poster above said, I'd rather have what has turned out to be an amazing weekend rather than nothing at all!
