Having seen the other festivals announcing their line ups over the last week or two it looks to me like The Stereophonics are this years Noel Gallagher and playing at every festival in the land!
yes it looks likely they'll be there

Chems would be ace, I've not seen them live before and still kicking myself at missing them at Glasto 2011

thanks guys,
I'm off to Belgium in the Campervan for the Grand Prix and was going to stop off at Brugge on the way but will do it on the way back now so that we can time it right to come to EOTR.
when do the tickets sellout and do the Campervan tickets go quickly?
-
is it starting to look like a poor year for Latitude or do they always pull something out of the bag?
-
have we ruled out Bon Iver yet?
-
great thanks, sounds a lot like Green Man Festival
-
lineup out on the 1st March !!
-
thanks mate,
we will be in a campervan so I'll be putting a tent up next to the van for the old folks so they won't have to carry much.

Hi Guys,
had EOTR on my to do list for a couple of years now and with Father John, Band of Horses and Carseat Headrest playing I think this year could be the one but just need pushing over the line.
what's this festival like and does it compare to any other festivals?
also my folks are thinking of coming but with dodgy knee's and ankles will they survive ?
Cheers

dirty_dog - Is parking £20 on the day? If that's the case that's excellent news as i will save on booking and postage. I notice you are a Festival No6 fan. I have also been to all 5 but waiting for announcements before committing this year as already going to Glastonbudget, InMusic Festival and Bluedot and last year’s festival was a bit of a shambles.
I can't remember on the parking, may have been an extra fiver.
yep No 6 is my favourite festival and I'm lucky enough to get a free ticket every year, doesn't bother me too much about the lineup there as I prefer spending my time in the woods & village

Hello,
Just bought weekend camping. It is really annoying that you have to pay extra £5 per person booking fee than pay £10 to post. I have also just found i have to pay an additiona £20 to park, an additional booking fee and again £10 to post the parking ticket.
Can anybody advise if there is any other par-parking spots nearby as begrudge the extra and would rather pay a local resident or farmer £20 ish than pay £35 to the organisers?
pay for park when you get there and save on delivery

Would be amazing. Someone (you?) on the latitude forum suggested alt-j had been asked but didn't know whether they'd agreed
edit: looks like alt-j might be ruled out due to tour dates. In Europe 6,7,8 12th July. Sunday 9th is possible but it'd mean coming back to the uk to go straight out to European festivals again
ye that could rule them out, they have been asked though

my mates satnav took us down some small country roads and brought us out at the very front of the traffic queue, couldn't believe our luck and with us having press passes there was no need to get in the queue to enter the festival.

The Kills, Local Natives and !!!(chk chk chk) are the only things on the lineup that suits me.

Any ideas how it is getting back to Manchester on a Saturday night after this? Assuming it's just about do-able?
headliners usually finish around 11:30 so you would have to miss them if you where getting the train, luckily they are bit shit this year anyway.
might be worth looking at first train sunday morning
