Tbf the walk to the toilets in spoons is probably longer than that on the farm .. instead of sticky mud you have sticky carpets though

A simple rule … don’t overladen them . The weight limit on these things will likely be measured on flat terrain , not the ruts of worthy farm . I’d not even think of going near the max weight , I’d probably halve it tbh

Definately definitely. No real need to join a big queue if your tent is setup already . We arrived around 11 last year and walked straight in from bus queue . I’d imagine car queue was pretty similar at that time

Is a really fun start to the festival … have done this for a few years now . Last year about 10 of us wandered to see the fireworks after . @eFestivals will set the thread up this year .

Have a cider and wait for anyone to arrive that hasn’t already … potentially have a couple of people from this site joining us this year so one might be a little behind in arrival time . But a given on the first day is the Efest meet

Given that none of us know what Joe rush charges or anyone else charges and what the budget for each area I’m not sure any of us can be making that call .could be a choice between another £50 on the ticket or the Williams green area , I’d not be the one wanting to make that judgement . The festival has changed massively in the time I’ve been going .
