He is one of those players that fans love to death, apposing fans just hate. A bit like Cantona, Costa, Tevez, Shearer that sort of player. Love a sh*t housery player myself.

So it's gone to a 4 day festival now officially. Hope I get an early shift (have been warned it's possible). Getting in as staff might be a challenge now tho as we normally get to pitch up then told to drive back to customer parking a mile away and with all the extra traffic that will be tasty.

So a few years back in the pyramid field I was approached by a couple of people had taken their friends to the festival in Lego form as they were unable to make it that year . They took a photo of their friends on the pyramid stage (hat ) and seemed delighted about it . I thought it lovely at the time and is a memory for me and hopefully them too . Hopefully in some way a keepsake but maybe not in a physical form

I bought these in 2007 from Ian Gill Sculpture in The Greenfields. One is a stork and the other is an acorn leaf bird bath. My mum died in 2006 and my dad gave me her secret money stash he found in her purse. These both represent my mum, the stork being the carrier of babies and she carried me. And one of her sayings was "From Little Acorns, Mighty Oak Trees Grow". They always make me think of her even after all this time! 💗

LOL no, I went down to the site off season and there were some workmen digging a trench to the Pyramid. I asked if I could take some of the turf and they said yes. Can't really tell it from the rest of the lawn now but I know it's there.

Been on a one-man campaign for an Anjunadeep takeover. Jody Wisternoff did a b2b with Nick Warren a few years back. Franky Wah played in 2022. That's about it, sadly. It'll be 10 years this year since Above & Beyond destroyed Sonic. What a way to close out the festival that was.

Nice question! This. i got two of them. A food can with holes in it. You put a tea light in them. Looks lovely in the dark. I think I bought it in the early 2000s, up JazzWorld / Avalon way if I remember correctly.

Hi all im sure many of you will have seen the maginificent paul currie perform over the years at the festival on the riser stages in theatre and circus Paul has been performing at glastonbury for 13 years and has just confirmed he has been blocked from performing this year and will not be able to appear. Paul makes no secret of his support for Palestine but he has been targeted by zionist groups trying to cancel him and ruin his career unjustly. Other than the contact form on the festival website, are there any email addresses for people / departments at the festival anyone could pass on to try and contact the organisers about this? it feels insane for Paul to have been falsely cancelled by both soho theatre and now the festival he has been performing at without issue for 13 years. I will be trying to contact the festival to express my disappointment and hopefully i can count on some of you to do the same? I would of thought No Doubt being a really strange headliner to be announced. Almost all festivals announced already, Sziget not being one of the most prestigious festivals anymore. I could understand if it was say glastonbury or Roskilde but Sziget? I have my doubts. I can understand Blur more, due to them doing the festival scene last year. Saying that I don't see them not being announced because of Coachella. Sugarcubes reunion....

I have a piece of Pyramid turf gathered years ago in my back lawn.

Another Tidal user - very happy with the service. I have a 750 song playlist (basically all my favourite songs from last 30 odd years) and it streams fine in the car. And the gym.
