Returning for a fifth time the Willowman Festival returns to the Hillside Rural Activities Park, Knayton between Thirsk & Northallerton, in North Yorkshire. The family friendly event takes place over four days on the Summer Solstice weekend from Thursday 19th to Sunday 22nd June 2014.

The early bird offer has sold out. Tickets are priced at £65 for a full weekend including camping. Young Persons (aged 12-17 years old) weekend ticket is priced at £40. A live in vehicle pass is £20, or £30 for caravans. Children aged under 12 years go free, with car parking and camping also free. Family tickets are also available priced at £180. Booking fees will also apply.

Day tickets will be on sale at a later date, priced as follows. An adult Saturday and Sunday ticket is priced at £55, young persons half price. Friday and Saturday day tickets are priced at £30 for 12 years and above, with a Sunday only 12 yrs & over ticket available at a price of £20.

On site

Expect arts crafts and a complete Healing Area set in a tranquil position within the festival site. There will be Indian head massage, Shiatsu massage and Spiritual talks along with Card readings and Pagan Stone readings. Plus an under cover Vintage Market. A Chill Out Tent with entertainment and on the Open Mic Stage and the Willowman Arms Real Ale late bar.

Camping

Camping in a tent is free. Expect the return of three distinct camping areas. Campsite One is for families and those who do not wish to party all night (tents only) General camping is also for tents only and lastly there is a large area for caravaners and those with live in vehicles.

Volunteers

Like all festivals Willowman need keen volunteers to help run things smoothly. In exchange for working two 4 hour shifts over the weekend volunteers will receive free entry to the festival. General volunteers, car parking helpers, and campsite wardens are needed.

Family fun

Willowman Festival has fun for all the family, with a bouncy castle, face painting, junior arts and crafts, plus a funfair too, and all kids activities are free unless stated otherwise.

The theme for 2014 has not yet been announced.
