Wee Dub Festival takes place from Friday 3rd to Sunday 5th February 2012 spread over several gigs and clubs around Edinburgh.

Line-up

The festival includes a line-up of bands, DJs, MCs, soundsystems and workshops for a weekend of dub/reggae/roots music in Edinburgh's Old Town on a mid-winter weekend.

Session #1: Friday 3rd February: Celt Islam, Morphy, Jammin J (DJ Set), Borocco Tribal Belly Dancers.
The Wee Red Bar, Edinburgh College of Art
11pm – 3am / £5 adv. (£8 on the door)

Session #2: Saturday 4th February: Dub Mafia, Captain Slackship's Mezzanine Allstars, DJ Astroboy
The Bongo Club, Holyrood Road
7pm – 10pm / £7 (£10)

Session #3: Saturday 4th February: Zion Train Soundsystem, Radikal Guru ft. Cian Finn, Riddim Tuffa Sound, + DJ Robigan
The Store (formerly GRV), Guthrie Street
11pm – 3am / £10 (£13)

Session #4: Sunday 5th February: Esperanza, Lucky 7 Club DJs, + more TBC
The Third Door (formerly Medina), Lothian Street
7pm – 10pm / £5 (£8)

Session #5: Sunday 5th February: Mad Professor Dub Show, Mungo's HiFi (DJ Set), Chungo Bungo (DJ Set), Powered by Big Toes Hi-Fi
The Bongo Club, Holyrood Road
9pm – 2am / £15 (£18).

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
