The dates for 2007 are confirmed as Friday 20th and Saturday 21st July.

Wakestock is Europe's largest wakeboard music festival with free-to-watch wakeboarding by day and music by night. Right next to the beach, as well as featuring a competition for the wakeboard title, there are live bands and DJ's for two nights.

A number of acts are confirmed, including Mark Ronson, Dirty Pretty Things, Just Jack, Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly, Ferry Corsten, Air Traffic, The Cuban Brothers, Mr Hudson and the Library, Norman Jay, The Hot Puppies, and more - click here for the details (as available).

Tickets are on sale, priced at £55 for the two days, or £75 with camping - click here to buy.

Plans for 2007 are already well underway, with the aim to improve the event with bigger acts, better parking, security and transport.

The site overlooks Cardigan Bay and across to Snowdonia and has excellent facilities to entertain over 10,000 people each night.

Camping
Camping is next to the festival site and is available from Thursday (from 5pm) to Sunday (until 5pm). Booking fee applies. Camping is limited so it is better to book well in advance as space runs out quickly.

Courtesy buses usually run all weekend between the music site at Penrhos, the wakeboard competitions and Abersoch, Pwllheli and Nefyn, so if you don’t want to camp you will still be able to get home if you live locally.

More information will be here when available.
