More info

The festival also caters for music workshops, where the different styles, instruments and voices are open for discussion and demonstration. There's also music in venues mainly based in the pubs in the town, as well as open-air venues.

Attendees are welcome to camp and make the most of a weekend of music from blues rock to bluegrass, country blues to New Orleans, acoustic to soul and gospel.

The festival which is self funded through a combination of camping, festival merchandising and local business sponsorship and advertising attracts 1000's of people into the shops & pubs of Upton over the festival weekend, promoting both the town and local area whilst providing a weekend of free entertainment.

Camping

The camping is very important to the festival as, without the revenue it generates there would be no festival. Prices for camping are £40 for Thursday to Monday, £30 for Friday to Monday, and £25 for Saturday until Monday. Campsite opens 11am Thursday 20th July.

This year there will be a new acoustic stage and bar in the campsite for campers only. They are taking applications from people with camping tickets to play the Camp Site Stage.
