Twinwood Festival incorporates the Glenn Miller Festival of Swing Jazz & Jive, featuring music from the 40s, 50s and beyond along with air displays, hangar dances, fashion shows, comedy shows, trade stalls, food and bars, museums, living history, classic vehicles, camping and more.

Twinwood Festival 2009 is confirmed for Saturday 29th Sunday 30th and Monday 31st August, and takes place at the RAF Twinwood Airfield and Twinwood Arena, near Bedford.

The line-up includes:
Saturday:
Twinwood Arena Stage: Terry Elliott, The Gary Allcock All Stars Big Band, C.&.B.L.E. Dance Display, Jim McAllister, Lola Lamour & Air Display, Twinwood Twelve Dance Display, and The Swing Commanders.
Control Tower Stage: Strollin' Steve, Oo Bop Sh'bam, KingCats, Big Boy Bloater.

Sunday:
Twinwood Arena Stage: Salvation Army Brass Band & Service, The Jive Aces, C.&.B.L.E. Dance Display, John Miller & his Orchestra, The Swingtime Sweethearts & Air Display, Twinwood Twelve Dance Display, Sticky Wicket & his Swing Orchestra, feat. Serena Howard Douglas, and Mike Sanchez Band.
Control Tower Stage: Strollin' Steve, Peter Donegan & The Lonnie Donegan Band, Sentinels Of Rhythm, and Juke Joint Jump.

Monday:
Twinwood Arena Stage: Terry Elliott, C.&.B.L.E. Dance Display, Chris Smith & His String Of Pearls Orchestra, Air Display, Kings Cross Hot Club, The Kremlinaires, and Ricky Cool & The Hoola Boola Boys.
Control Tower Stage: Strollin' Steve, Ding Dong Daddios, and The Metrotones.

The emphasis is on nonstop, high quality music from many top orchestras and artistes performing the great hits from the big band, swing and Jive era, and also featuring an additional '50s stage.

Child prices valid for Children between 5 and 16 years. Under 5's Free.
ADULT: £47.70 Weekend, £20.70 Saturday, £22.50 Sunday, £18.90 Monday
CHILD: £10.80 Weekend, £6.30 any day
There's also combined Saturday & Sunday tickets, and combined Sunday & Monday tickets, and a Family ticket (2 adults and upto 3 children) available for the Monday at £39.60
CAMPING: £18 or £27, dependant on campsite. Caravan and Motorhome pitches are also available.
