The Edge Festival will be replacing T on the Fringe in Edinburgh. This year marks the 10th anniversary of a dedicated popular music programme at the Edinburgh Festival, and takes place across various venues ranging from 250 - 2800 in capacity, from the 1st – 27th August, the contemporary music strand to the Edinburgh Festival will feature a phenomenal fifty performances over the festival period with tickets ranging in price from £6 to £17.50.

The Edge Festival takes on the baton from T on the Fringe and offers music fans an opportunity to experience the best live music around within the setting of Edinburgh's festival season.

The Edge gigs at Cabaret Voltaire are being brought to music fans this year in association with 32 Music: the exciting new grass-roots music campaign that fuses the energy of IRN-BRU 32 and the dynamism of live music in Scotland. Founded to bring the best in emerging music talent to Scottish fans, 32 Music looks forward to welcoming a diverse range of artists and festival fans to the venue.
