Sweden Rock Festival, the heavy rock festival returns to the northern town of Solvesborg in Sweden from Wednesday 4th until Saturday 7th June 2014.

Line-up

The latest act announced are Joe Bonamassa, Within Temptation, Sir Reg, and Rockklassiker All-Stars.

Tickets were priced at 2490 SEK (£244) for four days - SOLD OUT, or 2290 SEK (£224) for three days.

It is free entry for children under 13 years of age in the company of a guardian, although it the festival does not recommend that infants attend.

Camping

The camping site will again be located approximately 900 meters from the festival area, west of Norje village. The Camping sites have different zones which are divided by fire breaks. Tents are not permitted in the fire breaks and will be removed.

Note

Furniture, mattresses etc are not allowed at the camping sites, however regular fold up camping chairs are. No vehicles are allowed at the camping sites, and any kind of open fire is forbidden, there are marked areas where festival goers can cook.

Alcohol and glass bottles are only allowed outside the festival area, there are bars in the arenas. Plastic bottles must be empty when entering the area, there are water post to fill them up in the arena.

Getting there

There are charter flights, as well as rail links to Sweden. From Stockholm there are transfers to Solvesborg airport, and buses running to the festival from both the train station and the airport.
