Secret Solstice 2017

The 4th Secret Solstice, a 72 hour daylight music festival is held in Iceland from Friday 16th to Sunday 18th June, is the first of its kind, due to the unique concept behind the location and time it's to be held. One concert will be held in a 5000 year old lava tunnel.

The event is slated for the summer solstice weekend when the sun doesn't fully set, meaning a complete 72 hours of daylight.

Line-up

Announced acts include Foo Fighters, The Prodigy, Richard Ashcroft, Dubfire, Pharoahe Monch, Foreign Beggars, Dusky, Rick Ross, Big Sean, Young M.A, Roots Manuva, Anderson Paak and the Free Nationals, Left Brain, Princess Nokia, Ocean Wisdom, Seth Troxler, The Black Madonna, Kerri Chandler, Rhye, Högni, Kiasmos, Úlfur Úlfur, Soul Clap, John Acquaviva, Wolf + Lamb, Amabadama, Emmsjé Gauti, Tania Vulcano, Droog, Yotto, Novelist, Soffía Björg, Artwork, Klose One, Tiny, Bensol, Shades Of Reykjavík, Gkr, Aron Can, Dave, Lord Pusswhip, Krysko & Greg Lord, Hildur, Ksf, Alvia Islandia, Sxsxsx, Fox Train Safari, Kilo, Captain Syrup and many more.

The final line-up will feature 150 international and local Icelandic acts.

Early bird tickets are priced at  15,900 Icelandic Krona. A 3-day camping pass is priced at 9,900 kr.

This event does offer camping and there are also a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
