Rhythm and Vines' little sister Rhythm and Alps takes place for a 7th year in the Cardrona Valley, 15 minutes south of Wanaka, Central Otago.

The festival site is located between Cardrona Ski resort and the Pisa Plateau, and takes place on Friday 29th to Sunday 31st December 2017.

Line-up

The headliner announced so far is Tash Sultana. Other acts include Wilkinson, Little Dragon, Cigarettes after Sex, Goldie, Nadia Rose, Swindle, Lord Echo, Black Sun Empire and many more.

The early bird offer has ended. A 2 day festival ticket is priced from $227 without camping or $297+ with camping. A 3 day festival pass has sold out. All tickets are subject to booking fees.

Rhythm and Alps is the only two-day music festival in the South Island, and will run at the same time as Rhythm and Vines in Gisborne to see in the new year. Rhythm and Alps will cater for up to 5,000 campers this year, 2,500 non-camping ticket holders, and employ up to 100 local persons and involve local clubs.
