Posivitus Festival takes place in Salacgriva, Northern Latvia on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th July 2010.

It is the largest music festival in Baltics and the two day festival offers festival goers a varied programme of international bands, and up coming European acts.

Line-up

Muse and Scissor Sisters will headline. Happy Mondays, Benji B, Unkle, And So I Watch You From Afar, Stornoway, The Leisure Society, Sons Of Noel And Adrian, The Miserable Rich, Autumn Owls, Lady Daisey, Giulia Y Los Tellarini, Kira Kira, Everything Is Made In China, The Climbers, The Gin Riots, The Miserable Rich, Happyendless, Popidiot, Ewert And The Two Dragons, El Mars, Mona De Bo, Martin Confused, Alise Joste, 100 White Souls, Tramplīni, Soundarcade, SPB, and Bad Apples also confirmed.

Red Bull Music Academy Stage: Friday: Dave Storm, Toms Grēviņ, Drummatic Twins, Jesse, South Rakkas Crew, DJ Quest & Paul Oja. Saturday: Crystral Sound System, DJ Rudd + Aiva, DJ Mamania & Vaiper Despotin, Maceo Wyro, Muhsinah, Benji B, Mr. Nestor & Sandler Molder.

The festival also offers other activities besides the main stages - theatre, cinema, plenty of food and drink vendors, and circus.

Getting there

The festival aims to appeal to all European festival goers and offers camping and is only 100 km from Riga by via the Baltica highway E67 and approximately 15km from Estonian border, and 70km from Estonia's liveliest summer resort town Parnu. Riga is also the nearest airport.
