Platform festival takes places in the historic Old Station building in the market town of Pocklington. The festival - run by the not-for-profit Pocklington Arts Centre - is now in its third year, hosting three stages and two bars stocked with a range of craft ales, lagers, wines and spirits.

The announced acts are: Rick Witter & Paul Banks, Shed Seven Acoustic, Red Hot Chilli Pipers, Ward Thomas, Lucy Spraggan, Twinnie, New York Brass Band, The Grand Old Uke Of York, Truckstop, Honeymoon, Buffalo Skinners, Plumhall, and Jess Gardham
