Øya festival is the largest outdoor music festival in Oslo, Norway and promotes a diverse line up from across the globe.
Now in it's 17th year, Oya Festival has moved from the Medieval Park, to Tøyenparken in Sofienberg, Oslo and happens from Tuesday 11th until Saturday 15th August 2015.
Latest additions are Chic featuring Nile Rodgers, Viet Cong, Iceage, Beasts, The Pinkertons, Sunn O))), Silvana Imam, Smerz, Lianne La Havas, Tove Styrke, Waxahatchee, Oral Bee & Da Playboy Foundation, Holly Herndon, André Bratten, Ought, Bjorn Torske, Pharmakon, Bad Religion, Jackmaster, and White Fence.

In total there are 200+ bands on 4 outdoor stages and in 30 clubs.
Tickets are priced at 2534NOK (approx £235) for a full week pass (5 days).
There is camping available nearby at Ekeberg Camping and the festival site is a ten minute walk from Oslo Central Station.
Øya will close the main street between all three areas and join the two parks to become one huge area.
Øya is the most environmentally friendly festival in the country, boasting 100% ecological food and green ethics.
