In its fourth year in 2007, Oxford Folk Festival presents a weekend of music, dance and workshops.

Concerts and workshops will be held in venues throughout the city, including the Town Hall and the Holywell Music Rooms, as well as local pubs and clubs. For the first time in 2006 the festival will also spill into the city streets, with events happening throughout the weekend.

Confirmed acts include Salsa Celtica, Eliza Carthy and the Ratcatchers, John Spiers and Jon Boden, Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain, and more - click here for all the details including day splits (as available).

The festival also includes ceilidhs, workshops, sessions, and a trade fair. Concerts and workshops take place both during the afternoon and evening. Refreshments - including a real ale bar - will be available throughout the weekend.

Accomodation is available at B&Bs, caravan and campsites in and around the city of Oxford. Indoor camping is available to Season Ticket holders only. There is no festival site for outdoor campers.

Tickets are available at the 'early bird' price (until 14th December 2006) of £44.50, or £39.50 Student/ Unemployed/ Over 60/ Under 18. Make cheques payable to ‘Oxford Folk Festival’, and send to Oxford Folk Festival, PO Box 642, Oxford, OX1 9B.
