Party by the Pond Festival takes place on Sunday 30th August 2009 and is a one-day open-air live music event, which aims to showcase the best of local talent. It is being held on the Scout field in Stoke Gabriel, Totnes, South Devon from 3pm until 11pm. It is a non-profit festival, which is run by a team of volunteers raising funds for the local preschool along with other local charities.

The line-up offers music for everyone and includes artists from Stoke Gabriel, Brixham, Totnes and Paignton. With The Cadence headlining alongside Jake Foan, The Weaver Twins, Cole Stacey, Lauren Crystal, Victoria Greene, King Rat and the Desperados, Rock School, Sound of the Sirens, and acts from The Devon Music Collective.

There will be something for everyone to enjoy during the Festival. The live music starts at 3pm and continues throughout the day. There will be children's entertainers along with face painting and hair braiding, a bar serving local ales and cider hosted by Bays Brewery, a variety of local food, and stalls selling everything you would expect at a festival.

Tickets are priced at £5 per person and children aged under 13 can attend for free. Tickets are limited, to buy tickets, click here or they are available at local shops in Stoke Gabriel. Any remaining tickets will be sold on the gate.

This event does not have camping.
