The Health and Harmony Weekend Festival takes place at Tapeley Park, Instow, in North Devon. The festival has been running for seven years and has been growing each yeah, building upon the success of each previous festival.

The music varies from Tibetan singing, country music, modern folk, Spirit Vision to tribal music and Samba Sol. All the performances are from local artists.

The festival also features around 200 stalls selling products from around the world with an emphasis on Fair/Ethical trade and hand made goods. There will also be approximately 50 different therapists all capped at £6.00 per session.

The event is set in a country park and admission is £3.50 (50p off the normal charge), this includes full use of park. 10% of admission charges are also donated to charity.

The organisers describe the festival as a family event with free workshops for children and adults, as well as an open Drum Circle for all.

Another unique part of the festival is Hectors Forum in which guest speakers are invited to talk on Environmental and World issues. Issues covered this year include NO 2ID,The situation in Israel,GM grops and Windfarms.

There is ample parking available. There is a restaurant but no bar as this is a alcohol free event. The event will open at 10am and continue until 6pm each day. There is no camping available but there is a family campsite nearby.
