The dates for 2012 are confirmed as Friday 15th until Sunday 17th June 2012 at Croyde Bay, North Devon.

Line-up

Newton Faulkner, and Ben Howard will headline, with Natty, Dry the River, The Staves, Gabrielle Aplin, Small Town Jones, Dog is Dead, Juan Zelada, Peter Bruntnell, Thomas J Speight, Ryan Keen, Maz Totterdell, Josh Kumra, and Emily and The Woods in support. There are no other acts confirmed yet for 2012.

Tickets

Tickets have sold out. An adult ticket was priced at £40, child tickets (under 18) were priced at £30, a child under 6 years old ticket was priced at £1 (amximum 2 per family), and a family ticket (2 adults + 2 children) was priced at £100.

Opening hours

This beach sports and music festival showcases ocean sports alongside live music with acoustic sets on Friday, and live bands from noon on Saturday until 11pm and on Sunday until 9pm.

Eco-projects and a celebration of the biosphere reserve also help to make it a festival with a conscience. All this adjacent to the fully licensed oceanside GoldCoast Arena hosting a Live Music Stage and Big Screen showcasing the international and local musical talents of more than 25 live acts over the weekend.

There will also a trade village with licensed bars and restaurants, demos, exhibitions, sampling, simulators and hospitality.

Objective

One of the major aims of the GoldCoast Oceanfest is to highlight the oceansports industry, create awareness for ocean-related causes and to encourage corporate participation in conservation.

Accommodation

There is no on site overnight accommodation and festival goers are advised to book nearby accommodation as soon as possible, to avoid disappointment.
