The fourth NorthSide festival for 20,000 people takes place in the river valley by Soren Frichs Road, Aarhus, in Denmark and expands to a three day event held from Friday 14th to Sunday 16th June 2013.

Line-up

The latest acts are Passenger, Deap Vally, Fallulah, The Floor Is Made Of Lava, Frightened Rabbit, Kashmir, Kristina Renée, Left Boy, Mø, Peter Sommer, Tom Odell, and The William Blakes.

They join Alt-J, Arctic Monkeys, Biffy Clyro, Phoenix, Daughter, Keane, Modest Mouse, Band of Horses, Bloc Party, The Knife, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Portishead, The Flaming Lips, Fun., Gogol Bordello, Ellie Goulding, Tegan and Sara, Everything Everything, Imagine Dragons, Kings of Convenience, Kaizers Orchestra, The Eclectic Moniker, Nephew, Spleen United, Trentemøller, Bikstok Røgsystem, When Saints Go Machine, Rasmus Walter, and Shaka Loveless.

Tickets

All ticket options have sold out. Tickets were priced 1115 DKK (approx £120) for three days. Day tickets were available priced at 715 DKK (approx £80).

Accommodation

There is no camping area, nearby camping sites are named Blommehaven or Aarhus Camping. There also several hotels and hostels in Aarhus, early booking is recommended.

More info

The city festival is located in the centre of Aarhus, approximately 2 km from the central train station. Children and adolescents are welcome at the festival and there is free entrance if you are under 12 years old and accompanied by a paying adult. Organisers do not recommend arriving at the festival area with children after 6pm for security reasons. Tickets for carers of those with disabilities are available.
