Celebratintg its 20th Anniversary this year, the event offers a narrowboat rally as well as music and street theatre with juggling, parades through the town, stalls, music at various venues, brass bands and Morris dancing.

Line-up

Friday evening headliners London Philharmonic Skiffle Orchestra, Saturday afternoon Mabon, Saturday Evening Show of Hands with Miranda Sykes, Sunday Afternoon Little Johnny England, and Sunday Evening The Lonnie Donegan Band with Pete Donegan. Other confirmed acts include Queensberry Rules, Tom Palmer, Peter Knight's Gigspanner, Stan's Magic Foot, Phil Cool and Ken Nicol with more acts still to be confirmed.

Tickets

An all weekend tickets is priced at £55 for adults, concessions tickets are £50, and youth tickets (aged 10 - 16 years) are £27.50, and under 10s are able to attend for free. Camping pre adult per night is £5 (accompanied under-18s are free). This year there are no telephone sales for tickets. Tickets/wristbands are by collection only from the Box Office beginning 4 pm Friday 18th June.

Other entertainment

There will also be concerts taking place in the Festival Marquee, and in the British Legion plus a ceilidh every night at the Civic Hall. Artists performing this year have not yet been announced.

Workshops & children

Circus skills, poetry and music workshops are also expected. There's also a children's festival with activities such as face painting, balloon modelling, fairground (small rides), talent show, and colourful parades.
