LeeFest returns to Highams Hill Farm, Sheepbarn Lane, Warlingham, Surrey from Friday 11th until Sunday 13th July 2014.

This non-profit music festival started as a community of 150 young people in a back garden. The festival has now grown to 2,000 people in a field with the same vibe retained.

Although being centred around young people the festival is targeted at an audience of all ages and offers opportunities for unsigned artists to play alongside seasoned professionals.

Line-up

Latest additions are Riot Jazz, We Were Evergreen, Benin City, Electric Empire, Paul Thomas Saunders, Itchy & Skratchy, Too Many T's, Blessa, Years & Years, Jesse James, The Magic Gang, Jack Garratt, Howsons Groove, Rattus Rattus, Lux Lisbon, RMOURS, Lola, LazyTalk, Sly Fox, Palace, Juce, Island Cassettes, Danny Toeman, and Lazy Heart Parade.

The Cribs, Dan le Sac vs Scroobius Pip, and Frightened Rabbit will headline. The Dance tent will host Krafty Kuts, and Maribou State. Also confirmed are Rae Morris, Years And Years, Fickle Friends, Iyes, Mo, Young Fathers, The Bohicas, Sivu, Childhood, Only Real, Blaenavon, and Keston Cobblers Club, with more acts still to be announced.

Super early tickets sold out in minutes of going on sale. Adult tier four tickets are priced at £80 for the weekend. Teen (aged 13-16) tickets are priced at £50. Under 13's get in free and must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 at all times when on site. Maximum 2 children per adult. A live in vehicle pass is priced at £30, and a car park pass is £10.

LeeFest exists on the belief that a festival should be about bringing a community of people together to celebrate the best musicians and artists of the moment and to construct an environment of unbounded creativity. A far cry from the profiteering of some larger festivals, LeeFest is entirely run by volunteers, ensuring that all its revenue is used to build the event and support local charities.

 

Facilities

All the essentials for a good day are available on site. These include toilets, reasonably priced food and drink, cash machines and first aid.

LeeFest offers more than just music; in order to ensure that everybody has the most amazing weekend they offer all manner of exciting things to eat, drink, see and do as well as hear.
