The 29th Hay Festival of Literature & Arts is an annual literature festival held in Hay-on-Wye, Powys, in Wales for ten days from Thursday 26th May until Sunday 5th June 2016.

Line-up

There are hundreds of events including appearances from Caitlin Moran, David Gilmour, Evelyn Glennie, Bryn Terfel, KT Tunstall, Yanis Varoufakis, Roger Mcgough, Flavia Coelho, and The Comedy Store Players.

The festival has expanded in recent years and now includes musical performances and film previews. A children's festival, 'Hay Fever', runs alongside the main festival.
