Bringing heavy metal to Wales for an enjoyable weekend. The atmosphere remains upbeat throughout the festival, and despite the frightening amount of alcohol being consumed in all corners, there is rarely if ever any trouble from to be found. This is a festival which really does exist for the music.

Hammerfest the festival for metal fans run by the people put on Hard Rock Hell and Metal Hammer returns for its sixth Egyptian Afterlife inspired year. Hammerfest VI - Book Of The Dead will take place from early arrival party Thursday 13th to Saturday 15th March 2014 returning to Haven, the Hafan y Mor Holiday Park at Pwllheli, Gwynedd, in North Wales with an Ancient Egypt theme.

They join Kreator, Overkill, Soilwork, Corrosion of Conformity, Unleashed, Grand Magus, Enthroned, Paragon, Monster Truck, Gloryhammer, Earthtone 9, Breed 77, Darkane, Black Moth, Sound Storm, Tragedy, Goldsboro, Nightshade, Warpath , Idiom, Reptilian Death, Blackstorm, Anihilated, Collisions, Cypher16, Derision, Oaf, Huron, Fury, Dead Existence, Gravil, Maplerun, To the Bones, Shrapnel, and The Bastard Sons. In total there will be three stages and over 50 bands.

Weekend tickets, for anyone 18+ years old. Tickets are available priced from £150 per head, based on a group of six people sharing a 3 bedroom room. There are also day tickets available priced from £90.

Tickets include three nights' accommodation and entrance to all the arenas as well as free car and parking. All options include early check in on Thursday night.

Apartments

The apartment structure at Prestatyn offers a limited number of apartments for 2's and 3's. The main bulk of apartments sleep 4, 5, 6 and 7. The more people in an apartment, the cheaper the price of the ticket. Entrance into all arenas is included, check-out 12 midday on Sunday. Onsite car parking included as well as private bathroom, fitted kitchen, lounge, TV, bed linen (bathroom towels NOT provided), and free electricity.
