The Garden Festival 2014

The 9th Garden Festival returns to Croatia at The Garden, in Tisno, and takes place from Wednesday 2nd to Wednesday 9th July 2014. The site is located just a short walk around the bay from the small Dalmatian town of Tisno. Tisno part straddles the Croatian mainland and the Island of Murter, linked by a 20m bridge. The town offers a host of restaurants, cafes, apartments and small boutique hotels.

Line-up

Latest additions are Francois K, Ewan Pearson, Justin Martin, Levon Vincent, Uovo aka Memoryman, Luca LTJ Trevisi, Andre Bratten and Jan Kincl Zero, plus Derrick Carter who plays at the grand opening of Barbarella’s Discotheque, on Saturday 28th June.

Taking over Barbarella’s each night for the after parties will be Eats Everything’s Edible and Pets on the opening Wednesday, Thurs is Ben UFO and Midland all night B2B, Friday sees the return of Wolf Music and Saturday is Resident Advisor’s flagship session with Ewan Pearson and Max Graef. Sunday sees Leeds’ Louche crew, Monday is Just Jack with Futureboogie seeing out the series on Tuesday. Then the annual Garden meets Electric party presents Francois K on the final Wednesday.

The Argonaughty and Arbiana boat parties include the Secret Island Party with Wolf and Lamb, Soul Clap, Salon zur Wilden Renate and more.

Performing live are Crazy P Soundsystem, Genius of Time, KiNK, Session Victim, Seven Davis JR, and Paqua.

A full week festival pass is priced at £120. There is also a double option for both Tisno - The Garden Festival and Electric Elephant in Croatia - this is priced at £150.

Accommodation

Within the festival site itself and built up on the hills overlooking the bay is a small onsite apartment village and luxury boutique camping for those who want to be as close to the action as possible. There are also hotels, campsites, apartments and villas and even boats all within close proximity to the festival site.

Getting there

Tisno is located 45km south of Zadar airport and 65km north of Split airport.
