Soundcrash's annual Funk & Soul Weekender moves to Brighton Beach, on the weekend of Friday 17th until Sunday 19th May 2018, with Big Brass sounds, Hip hop beats, Future Soul, Tropical, Afro-beat, World, Disco, House, and everything in-between.
Confirmed acts include Kamasi Washington, Maribou State (DJ set), Craig Charles, Jordan Rakei, Greg Wilson, The Allergies, Joe Armon-Jones, Marshall Jefferson, Lee Fields & The Expressions, Gilles Peterson, Alice Russell, The Pharcyde, Kamaal Williams, Romare, Yazmin Lacey, Fatima, Norman Jay MBE, DJ Yoda, Hackney Colliery Band, Akua Naru, XOA, Afriquoi, and more with more to be announced.

Tickets are on sale, currently priced at £125 for the weekend.
In addition to the musical line up, the festival offers an extensive, timetable of extra activities including record fairs, film screenings and explorative talks; as well as wellness & soul meditation, dance classes and the original disco yoga experience. All this can be found alongside secret parties, cabaret, and the best in soul food and craft beer.
