Farmer Phil's Festival takes place on Friday 15th and Saturday 16th of August in Ratlinghope, Shropshire.

The festival caters for 2000 people and the organisers call it a family friendly event. There will be food and drink available on site (which caters for Vegetarians too), as well as flush toilets, licensed bars, kids corner, woodcarving, newsagent/tobacconist on site for supplies, and quiet family area. Fireworks finale on Fri & Sat night.

Acts confirmed this year include:

Friday:
Main stage: Battle of the Bands, Root'n Toot'n, H.M.V Band, 3 Daft Monkeys, Chumbawamba, Hazel O'Connor, Denny Lloyd Band, Blanco Diablo, and Gravy Train.
Acoustic-Stage: Sally Tong/Brian Day Level, Sarah, Vice, Brendon Fahey, Paul Parker (TBC), Dirt Road Trio, Tom Smith, Andrew Norman/Andy, Doug Chamberlain, and closes with an open mic session.
Saturday:
Main stage: Battle of the Bands winner, Zaphire Oktalogue, MLF, The Fire - Jimmy Hendrix tribute Band, Bob Marley Legend, Steve Day Band, Greenland Whalefishers, Motorcity Daredevils, and Sex Pistols Tribute.
Acoustic-Stage: HMV Band, Dan & Claire, Shaggie, Nicky Rous, Lucy Wills/Sam, Luke Day, Whalebone, Daughters, Ouja, and also closes with an open mic session.

Camping is included in the price and is available before (from Thursday 7th August) and after the festival by arrangement.

Tickets are priced at £40 (adv) for a 2 day ticket with free camping (until 7th August at the latest) and will be £45 on the gate. For details on how to buy tickets click here.
