The majority of festival events take place in Langney, in two schools and a community centre on the east side of town from Friday 29th April until Monday 2nd May 2016.

The emphasis is on dancing, to participate in, watch, lead and make music for, covering a wide range of tastes and styles from Playford, English Social, American and International Folk Dance, with evening dances in those styles.

The first acts confirmed are Andrew Shaw, Cis Hinkle (USA), Chris Turner, Corry Verheijen, Dansez Français, ECDB, Eddy Tijssen, English Playford Dance Band, Esther Willems, Gog Magog Molly Dancers, Night Watch (Elvie Miller & Owen Morrison), Frances Oates, Jim Morrison (USA), Keeping Thyme, Narrow Escape, Purcell Automatic (Paul Hutchinson & friends), Rhodri Davies, and Wild Ride.

The early bird offer has ended. A season ticket which gains admittance to all events is priced at £97, with a caravan pitch priced at £30.

In order for folk fans to concentrate on dancing and playing, all the venues are close together, within a short walking distance. Also close by is a canteen for snacks, the school which provides light meals and a bar for hard and soft drinks.
