The greenest way to the festival is by coach that operates from around the UK to the festival site. Click the following link to book coach tickets from National Express.
The nearest train stations are Derby and East Midlands Parkway stations. Shuttle buses run from these stations for £7 and £5 respectively (they can not be booked in advance). There is also a place for taxis to pick up and drop off.
