Crediton Folk Weekend 2009

The dates for the are Crediton Folk Weekend are confirmed as Friday 24th to Sunday 26th April, with entertainment Friday night, Saturday from noon onwards, and Sunday lunchtime.

The acts confirmed for 2009 include Jim Mageean, Graeme Knights, Stanley Accrington, Hanging Johnny, Steve Turner, Derek Burgess & Kitty Vernon, Elowen, Nicola Clark, Trefor & Vicki Williams, Bill McKinnon, Malcolm Gurnham, John Morris, John Hare, Dave & Anne Reader, Alhambra, Gilly Kemp, The Exmouth Shanty Men, Capella, The Woodlarks, Shake A Leg, Kathannie, Jim McCadam, Alison Ingham & Russell Hitchcock, Tony Truscott, and Mr. H (Andrew Harris).

There will also be Morris & Mummers entertainment from The Vale Islanders, Carn Brea, Lodestone Border, The Brown Paper Bag Mummers, The Harthill Tuppers, Raddon Hill Clog Morris, Sidmouth Steppers, Black Bess Ladies Border Morris, and more display teams still to be announced.

There are facilities for tents, and caravans at the site.
