The annual Copmanthorpe Carnival offers a day of live music and entertainment for all the family at Copmanthorpe Recreation Centre, in York on Saturday 7th July 2018.

The theme for the 2018 Carnival is: Emergency Services & the NHS.

Line-up

The announced acts are:- Adam Dawson, Stanne, The Mothers, Kimberley Kennedy, Dr Philosfunk, Your Illuminations, Acko Pulco and the Cliff Divers, and The Mix.

In addition there will be dance groups performing and the Carnival includes fairground rides, stalls, food court, beer tent and tea tent, children's games and much more..

Tickets

Tickets are not yet on sale. Last year they were priced at £6 in advance.

On site

On site attractions include stalls selling local crafts, fairground rides, traditional children’s games and a huge range of refreshments. There will be a treasure hunt for all children dressed as superheroes.

Copmanthorpe Carnival boasts everything from live music through to children’s’ activities and fairground stalls. A triple whammy of a day with a Music Festival rolled into Country Market rolled into a Fairground.

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
