The 13th Bude & Stratton Folk Festival takes place over the Bank Holiday weekend from Friday 24th until Monday 27th May 2019 in the Rugby Club, the Falcon Hotel, and elsewhere in and around the North Cornwall coastal town of Bude.

The Folk Festival is a friendly mix of folk concerts including free fringe events, workshops and themed events held annually on the late May Bank Holiday weekend. It features music, song, dance, and storytelling, and there is a small programme of children’s events.

Line-up

Confirmed acts include Geoff Lakeman, Granny's Attic, Si Barron, Vicki Swan & Jonny Dyer, Rob Murch & Michelle Holding, Lynne Heraud & Pat Smith, Georgia Lewis, and Mick Ryan.

Tickets

Season tickets are £65, or £32.50 for students. Camping is an extra £10 per tent per night. Children in full-time education can attend for free.

Weekend tickets give entry to all events, and weekend tickets don't need to pay for a separate Music Hall ticket. Event tickets will be available at the door for each concert or workshop. Season ticket holders may be given priority.

Tickets are available at the door for each concert and the ceilidh (£8.00) or workshop (£4). At other events a donations bucket may be passed round.Season ticket holders may be given priority entry.

Accommodation

Rugby Club camping is priced at £10 per unit per night. The Falcon Hotel is one of the venues involved in the festival's programme. There are also other campsites, hotels and B&Bs nearby.
