Bowness Bay Blues festival returns for a 6th year from Friday 12th to Sunday 14th April 2019 in venues surrounding Lake Windermere.

Confirmed acts include The Billy Walton Band, Connie Lush, The Stumble, Sean Webster, Catfish, Dale Storr, Sean Taylor, Lucas and King, and more with more to be announced.

blues cruise only: £27.50

Bowness Bay Blues is organised by the Rotary Club of Windermere, and all profits will go to charity. The 2014 festival raised over £6,000 for Automated External Defibrillators for the Windermere First Responders Team as well as other charities. The main beneficiaries from the 2017 event were Ambleside and Langdale Mountain Rescue and Blood Bikes Lancashire and North West Blood Bikes Lancashire and Lakes.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
