Bowness Bay Blues festival returns for a fourth year from Friday 18th to Sunday 20th March 2016 in venues surrounding Lake Windermere.

Line-up

Friday: Trafficker, Tommy Allen & Emil Engstrom (acoustic), Xander & the Peace Pirates.
Saturday: Sean Webster & The Dead Lines, Blue Horizon, Christian Sharpe Trio, Dean Newton, Della Grants, Graham Straughton, Paul Rose Band, Redfish, Scarlett (Keri & Jed Farish), Simon Honeyboy Hickling Band, South Quay.
Saturday Blues Cruise: Sean Webster & Jon Amor (Acoustic).
Sunday: Wille and the Bandits, Chris James & Martin Fletcher, Elderly Brothers, John Verity Band, Tin Pan Alley.

The early bird offer has ended. Tickets are priced at £55 for the Weekend, or £67.50 if you wish to buy a Blues Cruise ticket at the same time.

Bowness Bay Blues is organised by the Rotary Club of Windermere, and all profits will go to charity. The 2014 festival raised over £6,000 for Automated External Defibrillators for the Windermere First Responders Team as well as other charities. The main beneficiaries from the 2015 event will be The Alzheimer's Society and The Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
