BBK Live festival is a three day festival that takes place in the outskirts of Bilbao (north coast of Spain). Now in its 9th year the festival happens from Thursday 10th until Saturday 12th July 2014.

They join headliners The Prodigy, Franz Ferdinand, and The Black Keys, plus Bastille, Band of Horses, Foster the People, John Newman, Conor Oberst, Frank Turner, Dawes, Skaters, Parquet Courts, Eskean Kristo, Future of the Left, Crystal Fighters, Chet Faker, Phoenix, Jack Johnson, The Lumineers, The 1975, Elliott Brood, MGMT, Imagine Dragons, White Lies, John Talabot (DJ Set), Kuroma, Hercules And Love Affair, The Last Internationale, The Rebels, Smoke Idols, Chromeo, Baio, Kostrok, Sine3, Croissant DJs, WLDV, This not Way, Allen Stone, Bleachers, and Spanish bands Vetusta Morla, Belako, Izal, and La M.O.D.A., Dorian, Los Enemigos, and El Columpio Asesino, with more still to be announced.

Bilbao BBK Live has also announce that Polica have been forced to cancel their appearance at the festival due to unforeseen circumstances and Shaka Ponk due to other commitments.

The 40,000 capacity festival has four main stages, there are also two dance tents, a pop tent, a chillout area, food stalls and a campsite. Doors open at 4pm every day, and close at 3am every night.

Tickets

The early bird offer has ended. Three day tickets were priced at £88 or £92 with camping and have SOLD OUT.

Getting there

Two low cost airlines operate direct flights from London to Bilbao. Check Easyjet (from Standstead) and Clickair (from Heathrow). Iberia also operates daily direct flights from Gatwick airport. Ryanair operates daily flights to Santander, just an hour bus ride to Bilbao.

From Bilbao airport there are regular public buses to central Bilbao. Once in central Bilbao the festival provides shuttle buses to the site or it's a 15 minute walk to from central Bilbao.
