Now actually called Orange Ashton Court Festival, it's a community festival with some international acts, and as many as 150 performers over the weekend.

The dates for 2005 are confirmed as Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th July.

This year’s headline acts will include The Super Furry Animals (Saturday) and Lemon Jelly (Sunday). Also appearing will be Zion Train, Roni Size, Steve Harley and Cockney Rebel and 150 more acts over 8 stages, marquees and big tops. All this plus a fantastic kid’s area, this year featuring some wondrous attractions courtesy of @tBristol, and 150 stalls selling food and crafts from around the world.

There are a limited number of passes for car parking at the top of the festival site, also available from Bristol Ticket Shop. Last year these passes proved very popular with young families, enabling them easy access to the festival site. People with blue disabled badges can of course park in this area free of charge.

There's no camping on site and it's recommended that you contact Bristol's tourist information service for details of local campsites and B&B accomodation.
