Now in its 34th year, this annual event is a family friendly mega feast of American music, cars, motorbikes, trucks and RVs. Americana International Festival takes place from Thursday 10th until Sunday 13th July 2014 at a new venue Prestwold Airfield, Loughborough in Leicestershire.

The music is on multiple outdoor stages from dinner time up until late on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Tickets

The early bird offer has ended. Tickets are priced at £90 per adult for all days, plus £30 camping (per unit) from Thursday, 13-17 year olds £50 for the duration of the festival, Under 12s admitted free if accompanied by a paying adult. New location

The area is well serviced by public transport, rail and by air and is just 10 minutes from either J23/J24 M1. The venue is easy to get to and to keep secure including the camp sites. Camping Zones, Quiet, Family, Standard and Disabled. Security presence will remain key for the future of the Americana. There is a huge race track on site, which organisers hope to utilise in the future.

This year will see an improved 'Kidz Zone' with many 'free to participate' ideas in the pot. A dedicated traders area for fashion, to go hand in hand with the 4th annual Fashion show, Beauty Parlour, plus a larger craft fair area and other related trade stands and food vendors. The Auto Jumble (will take place providing enough interest is gained well in advance.) Custom Bike Shows, displays of American and Pre 75' Euro / British classic vehicles with awards up for grabs in the Show and Shine! 

50's style fairground, Face Painting, Street Entertainers Native American Indians Tattooists Evening Burlesque shows. Free Line Dance and Jive lessons. The return of the Settlers encampment and Wyatt Earp Western style shoot out.
