Instalment Payment Plan tickets

ATP will run a deposit scheme for the festival to make it easier for some people to pay. There is a limited number of 4 & 6 berth self catered apartments to be paid for with a deposit upfront, and the remaining amount to be paid by the end of January. These apartments will be sold at full price (£180) with a booking fee of £7.50 per person. For a 4-berth, this works out as: £320 deposit (£80pp) / £430 2nd instalment (£107.50pp). And for a 6-berth: £480 deposit (£80pp) / £645 2nd instalment (£107.50pp).

All deposits will be non-refundable, so please only apply if you are sure you can pay the remaining amount when it is due in January. You can pay by either Google Checkout (similar to Paypal), Cheque or Bank Transfer. Please email deposit(at)atpfestival.com with DEERHUNTER DEPOSIT in the subject line if you would like to take part. Please include: your name, address, chalet size, and which payment method you would like to use. Chalets will be granted on a first come first served basis and you will need to pay your first deposit within one week of acceptance into the scheme.

Additional info

Each chalet is self-catering and has a small kitchen with cooking/dining utensils included, bathroom with either a shower or bath and of course a sink & toilet. The TV area doubles as a bedroom with a roll out sofa bed, and then there will either be one or two bedrooms with the relevant numbers of beds. Bedding is included in the chalets.
