Acoustic Gathering is a free acoustic festival held in Peasholm Park, Scarborough (North Yorkshire) on Sunday 12th September 2010, returning for its fifth year.

The event runs from midday to 10.30pm. Over 20 acts will feature on the bill which will see some returning old favourites as well as showcasing a nationwide wealth of talented singer songwriters performing in front of as many as 2000 music lovers.

Line-up

Dogan Mehmet & the Deerhunters will headline, and main support is from Jon Gomm plus a full supporting cast of locally sourced talent. Full line up to be confirmed shortly.

The acoustic acts will be performing from the bandstand on the lake under the towering gaze of the gloriously rebuilt pagoda.

On site

All facilities are on site including catering, bar, toilets, festival stalls, kids entertainment area, & as the dusk falls, projections will illuminate the stage, lake and island waterfall.

There will be plenty of room for families, lots of space to relax and disabled access.
