Pixies release Talen and extra tour tickets

Here's a brand-new track from the Pixies' upcoming album 'Head Carrier' (September 30 Pixiesmusic/Play It Again Sam/[PIAS]). 'Talent' features a cameo appearance by legendary actor Jack Palance.

With the end of appearances across the summer, including one at last month's Les Vieilles Charrues Festival, Pixies have announced December UK tour dates including Barrowland, O2 Academy Newcastle, Manchester Apollo, Brixton Academy, Cardiff Arena, and Birmingham Academy.

Tickets go on sale for the last three of these today at 9am from SeeTickets here. But, best be quick, when the Pixies' six UK tour dates went on sale late last month, nearly 20,000 tickets sold out in mere minutes.
