Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls, James, Levellers, Gary Numan, Hawkwind, Van der Graaf Generator, The Lakeman Family Gathering, The Orb, New Model Army, and Imelda May are amongst the acts announced for the 18th Beautiful Days go on sale at 10am. The festival will take place from Friday 20th to Sunday 22nd August 2021 at Escot Park, near Fairmile, Devon, with gates opening on the Thursday afternoon.

Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls, James, and your hosts the Levellers headline The Main Stage with support from  Gary Numan, New Model Army, Imelda May, Skindred, Dubioza Kolektiv, Alabama 3, Dreadzone, From The Jam, Gentleman's Dub Club, Los De Abajo, The Skints, Damien Dempsey, Peat & Diesel, Avalanche Party, Henge, Pulled Apart By Horses, Lottery Winners, and Wild Front.

Hawkwind, The Lakeman Family Gathering (an exclusive performance featuring musician dad Geoff Lakeman with sons Sean, Sam and Seth plus Cara Dillon and Kathryn Roberts performing all together for the first time), and Van der Graaf Generator (featuring Peter Hammill, Hugh Banton & Guy Evans - the three surviving members of the original group formed in 1968) top The Big Top line-up with Show of Hands, The Big Moon, Ferocious Dog, Mad Dog Mcrea, The Longest Johns, Ginger Wildheart & The Sinners, Watkins Family Hour, Catrin Finch & Seckou Keita, Rev Hammer & Nick Harper, Amy Montgomery, 3 Daft Monkeys, Katherine Priddy, Headsticks, Sons Of Clogger, Levellers (acoustic), and The Bar-Steward Sons Of Val Doonican's Sunday Service also confirmed for the covered stage.

The Little Big Top wil be headlined by The Orb, Mungo's Hi Fi, and Youth, with Adrian Sherwood, Eva Lazarus, Altern-8, The Hempolics, Shades Of Rhythm, Slipmatt, 2 Bad Mice, Mark XTC, The Moody Boys, and Big Fish Little Fish the first acts confirmed for the weekend.

The Theatre Tent returns with  Circus of Horrors, Four Poofs and A Piano, Morgan & West, Rubbish Shakespeare Company, The Black Eagles, Jack Dean Company, Jon Udry, Dan The Hat, and Entertainingly Different.

Plus Folk Sessions, Site Art, Walkabouts, Kids Area, Healing Garden, Crafts & Real Ale Bars

The 2021 theme is still to be announced.

There are still a few more artists to be announced for all stages plus The Bimble Inn and The Rebel Tent. Back by popular demand are the pop-up folk/roots sessions in The Fiddler's Arms next to The Big Top curated by Seth Lakeman's musician dad Geoff Lakeman with session players, guest musicians from the stages, and festival-goers invited to join in too.

Organisers said: "We are working hard planning to go ahead at full capacity following Step 4 of the Government's roadmap which hopes to allow large events to take place without restrictions. 95% of tickets have already been sold for the 18th edition of the festival with the last few tickets available."

Beautiful Days Organiser David Farrow from DMF Music commented: "Our industry was one the first to close and is one of the last on the path to re-opening safely but we are getting there and it's so important - the arts are needed now more than ever. We can't wait to open the gates to Beautiful Days 2021. Our festival-goers are ready to come back to the fields and so are we."

Tickets for 2021 go on sale on Friday 12th March at 10am.

Tickets are priced as follows:-
adult weekend camping: £147.50
child (10 to under 16 years of age) weekend camping: £75
children aged 5 to under 10's weekend camping: £45
under 5's weekend camping tickets: £7
Campervan passes £45 
Caravan pass: £60
Car routing/parking passes £15.
All tickets are subject to booking fee. Please make sure you purchase tickets for the age your child will be when they attend the festival, not their age at the time you buy. Children of all ages count as part of the festivals capacity and must have a ticket. All under 16's must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult. Proof of age may be required for children’s tickets. 

The festival will once again be offering free tickets for carers, disabled/flat camping and parking - all of which must be booked in advance.
